RECIPE: Burp Cinnamon Bread

Hi guys! I know some of you really loves to drink especially when you want to relax and chill but other people thinks that drinking is bad, of course it’s not, always remember that alcohol is not harmful it also has health benefits. It will be bad if you take too much of it. There’s a saying that “too much is bad”.

But ooops! Someone wants to help you guys. His name is Cinnamon: he is a spice that comes from the branches of wild trees that belong to the genus Cinnamomum native to the Caribbean, South America, and Southeast Asia. He has been consumed since 2000 BC in Ancient Egypt, where it was very highly prized. In medieval times he was used by doctors to treat conditions such as coughing, arthritis and sore throats.

He also wants to help you guys to be healthy. He cures fungal infection, diabetes, HIV, multiple sclerosis and other kind of diseases.

So now you know who cinnamon really is. Cinnamon loves everyone that’s why he also wants us to be healthy. Now he wants to introduce his product. In this product, we don’t need to drink alcohol but instead he infused himself together with the alcohol.

Introducing Ta,Daaaaa!!! The “Burp Bread” it is composing of cinnamon, vodka, apple juice. It is called burp bread because when you eat this bread it feels like you’re drinkingand its magic is other people won’t notice you drinking but instead they would just think you’re eating snack, but be responsible don’t eat too much because again “too much is bad”. It also helps you to be not judge by other people, that’s the funny thing. 

And now cinnamon’s friend wants to introduce himself. So, Hi I am John Angel Magayon studying culinary arts, loves baking and wants to share my recipe. Cinnamon’s product is my own creation and I let him share it to you cause he’s my friend. I hope you would like it and share it to other people.

Burp C Bread

Yield: 2

Bake time: 1 hr

Prep time: 25 mins.


Ingredients:

3 c. all-purpose flour

3 teaspoons baking powder

1 teaspoon salt

½ c. butter(melted) 

1 c. apple juice

½ c. vodka

3 teaspoons cinnamon powder

1 teaspoon vanilla extract 

Procedure:

1. Pre-heat the oven to 375 degrees
2. It’s a straight dough method procedure. So, prepare a two bowl.
3. First bowl combine all the dry ingredients: flour, baking powder, salt and cinnamon.
4. Second bowl combine all the wet ingredients: butter, apple juice, vodka and vanilla extract.
5. In a bowl combine the dry and wet ingredients, using dough hook attachment in a low speed.
6. When you think, all ingredients are combined, change to paddle attachment in a medium speed.
7. Be careful, avoid over mixing, wait until the dough clean the bowl. 
8. Remove dough in the bowl. Dust flour in the working table.
9. Punch the dough to release gas.
10. Rest it. Cut the dough into two. Shape it in a loaf form.
11. Prepare 2 loaf pans, greased it. Place each dough.
12. Proof the dough for 45 mins.
13. Baked it for 1 hr. until golden brown.
14. Cool it, then slice, and eat.
